Fundraising Can Be Easy in Philadelphia
  • It’s easier on your people and the environment to sell All Seasons Car Wash Gift Cards than it is to wash cars.
  • You sell All Seasons Gift Cards at their full face value and keep a percentage of the proceeds for your not-for-profit organization. Forget the buckets, sponges, towels, and dirty work.
  • Purchasers receive the full value of their gift card on any Car Wash or lube service and don’t pay a fundraising mark-up to support your organization.
  • We’re green. We use less water and recycle the water we do use. Our soaps are biodegradable and our polishes and sealers are oil-free. This program is better for the environment than dumping soapy, dirty water into the sewer system via a traditional fundraiser car wash.
How the Fundraising Program Works
  • You submit a Fundraising Agreement Form to All Seasons Car Wash & Lube.
  • We create a custom gift card for your organization.
  • You supply your organization’s logo for the your gift card at least ten days in advance of the time you wish to receive your gift cards to sell.
  • We ship the requested quantity and denomination of gift cards.
  • We suggest $25 gift cards, but your organization may choose a different face value. Minimum face value of gift card is $10.
  • Minimum sold commitment is $1,000.
  • You have 30 days to sell your fundraiser gift cards.
  • At the end of your fundraiser period, you send a check or credit card payment to All Season Car Wash & Lube in the amount of 50% of the total sales proceeds along with any unsold gift cards. Your organization is responsible for payment of unreturned gift cards.
  • We activate gift cards on the day you designate after we’ve received payment.
  • Fundraiser gift cards can be used for any All Seasons Car Wash & Lube service or product. Purchaser may chose to pay the price difference if they spend more than their gift card amount, or may choose carry a balance on their gift card.

Giving

Our Gift Cards are excellent raffle and auction prizes for your fundraising events. Submit your request in writing at least a month in advance and limit your request to one occasion per year. Please provide your name, name and date of your event, email address, mailing address, phone number, and tax ID number.
